Healing & Guidance for Spirit, Mind, and Body

Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about remembering what’s true and allowing alignment to return at every level of your being.

Each offering below supports women who are ready to soften, listen, and come back into right relationship with themselves, their bodies, and their lives.

Book Lomilomi

Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice passed down through families for generations. It begins with prayer, working first at the level of Spirit.

Through layers and levels of flowing strokes — developed through generations of understanding the body — the nervous system softens, the mind quietens, and the body restores vitality, ease, and movement.

Lomilomi has been used for centuries to support healing of broken bodies, unsettled minds, and weary spirits alike. It is far more than relaxation — it is integration.

Hoʻoponopono

A Spiritual Process for Finding Forgiveness and Realignment

Ho‘oponopono is a structured process guided by our Lineage Teachings. Its purpose is to find the “stone” — the underlying cause of unhappiness, conflict, stagnation.

Together, we bring understanding to the story attached to it, find forgiveness for yourself and others, and clear it so it no longer weighs you down.

When the stone is released, harmony is restored across Spirit, Mind, and Body, allowing your inner life and relationships to realign so you can move forward with grace

Best for Women experiencing

►Relationship challenges (past or present)

►Feeling stuck, blocked, or disconnected

Mentoring

Guidance Through Change

Mentoring is for women navigating change — whether chosen, unexpected or still thoughfully pondering it.

These sessions support you to listen deeply, reconnect with your inner knowing, and make decisions from alignment rather than pressure or conditioning. This is not therapy, nor coaching in the usual sense, but soulful guidance that honours where you are and who you are becoming.

Sometimes it’s about finding new ways to re-ignite a dream, building ideas together, figuring things out and holding you firmly whilst you find your way.

Best for Women

►In life transitions

►Questioning direction, identity and “what else”

►With an idea to execute, taking the next career step

►Seeking clarity, confidence, and self-belief

Not sure Where to Begin?

The best place to start is a conversation. Together, we’ll explore what’s present for you and choose the offering that best supports your Spirit, Mind, and Body.

Community Hula is a relaxed class where you’ll learn real hula — steps, a full dance, simple chants, and lei making as you progress.

We use movement to tell the stories of Hawaiʻi, build spiritual connection, physical strength and rhythm, and just enjoy dancing together. Less formal than Hālau/traditional school training, but still authentic and structured..
