Why Learn Community Hula

Hula is a way of learning through movement, rhythm, and story. It gently builds strength, coordination, and presence while creating connections, joy and belly laughs.

For Lomilomi practitioners, Hula offers a deeper understanding of your Practice — the same principles that support authentic Lomilomi. Traditionally, these practices were not separate.

You don’t need to be Hawaiian or have dance experience. Community Hula is taught with care and respect, offering a welcoming place to learn, move, and connect. Sometimes curiosity is reason enough to begin.

What to Expect

Community Hula is a relaxed, structured class for learning Hawaiian dance and cultural practice. Over six weeks, you will:

  • Connect with others in a supportive, non-competitive space
